Les Champignons - Harvest 201224 January 2012
In 2012, Pinto Paris gathers in its basket six new mushrooms, in a numbered series which builds on its celebrated "Les Champignons" collection.

Taking still further his penchant for nature, Alberto Pinto has commissioned the finest painters on porcelain to create a service that captures the mushrooms with astonishing precision.

The parasol, the delicious milk cap, the golden russula, the red banded webcap, the honey fungus and the black inkcap all grace this stroll through the glades, embellishing an original and numbered set of six dinner plates. This series just like the first one is in complete harmony with the Sous Bois - Faux Bois collection.

Potager in Blue - Breakfast24 January 2012
Launched in 2010 by Pinto Paris, the Potager (or 'kitchen garden') collection met with immediate acclaim. So much so that a year later, Alberto Pinto decided to create a more casual version, which substitutes the threads of gold adorning the bottom of the plates with blue or red threads – ideal for less formal tables.

To breathe new life into breakfast, Alberto Pinto has dreamed up a new story with his Potager in Blue collection, where the spring vegetable theme is complemented by an equally delicious orchard fruits theme.

A teapot, breakfast cup, tea and coffee cups, sugar bowl, milk jug, egg cup, butter dish, and jam and fruit bowls set the tone for an elegant table.

On the immaculate white Limoges porcelain thus stands out the drawings of the most celebrated species of the savannah such as the lion, the panther, the tiger, the leopard, the giraffe, the monkey, as well as the zebra. Drawn with great detail in black ink, they are framed by an ornate blurred light yellow background and animated with random spots evoking the leopard’s coat.

Lagon collection30 September 2011

Plumes collection08 March 2011
There is no lack of exuberance in the animal kingdom. And one of its most inspiring examples is the cockerel.
Proud of its song, it boasts an iridescent plumage, the variety of which reflects the impressive number of species which wear its spurs.
Alberto Pinto, who has taken a playful approach to selecting the new range of patterns, chose this one to be the central element of his new collection of dishes. Inspired by late 19th-century Breton porcelain ware, he reinterprets the theme, expressing it in a completely new way.
The various cockerels featured on the service’s six plates therefore unusually occupy almost the whole surface of the porcelain. An original mesh background, reminiscent of chicken wire, is painted old gold matching the decorative edging around the plate.
The pattern, rarely developed in this way, makes it possible to fully appreciate the painters’ skill. They capture the vibrancy of the different plumages and breathe life into the animal, destined to decorate the finest tables.

Collection Commedia Dell' Arte05 November 2010

Seduced by the charming elegance of old Italian carvings, Alberto Pinto imagined in 2010 Commedia Dell’Arte, a collection of 6 plates with painted in the center different characters of this popular theater.
The Capitan, Harlequin, Pantalone, Lelio, Covelio or Scaramouche evolve gracefully in their indepent, detached flexibility on the white porcelain of Limoges. With an extraordinary accuracy and thoroughness, expert hands of painters have brought back the gesture of the actors and the brightness of their costumes. Features engravings were sweetned, to give them a softer expression than the traditional representations. On the rim of the plate, two yellow and pink crossed ribbon leaves on a thin gold garland give a softness appearance to this spectacular collection.
In the lineage of some of the most famous collections of Pinto Paris’ Art de la Table, as Chinoiserie or Ottoman, Commedia Dell’Arte invites to set up an extraordinary table. As an artwork, each plate by his fancy and gaiety shows a lifestyle where the meal is a theater celebration.

Re-release of the « Agra » collection en porcelaine de Limoges26 February 2010

Until now produced in Bone China porcelain, the « Agra » collections returns to the catalogue this year, now in Limoges porcelain.
This very popular collection is inspired by the muted and nuanced colours of a piece of 12th-century pottery bought by Mr Alberto Pinto at an archaeological sale. He wanted to create a six-colour service, the plates sharing only a deep grey-purple rim and matte gold palmetters. The colours are pink, green, blue, yellow, orange and sienna.
